Lime AI helps you understand nutrition and movement. This policy explains what information the Lime AI app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

You may choose to provide profile details, nutrition entries, calorie goals, workout logs, and activity information. We use this information to provide tracking, insights, and personalized wellness features. We do not sell personal information.

Apple Health and camera access

Apple Health and camera access are optional and are requested only when you choose a feature that needs them. You can continue using manual logging without granting either permission. If you grant access, Lime AI uses the selected data only for the feature you requested; it does not sell health data or use HealthKit data for advertising.

You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings. To disconnect Apple Health, open Lime AI Settings, choose Health access, and select Disconnect.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve Lime AI, secure accounts, provide support, and communicate important service updates. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your choices

You can review, export, or delete your Lime AI entries from the app. To request account or data deletion, email privacy@limeai.app. We respond to privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.

Wellness information and sources

Lime AI provides general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Educational nutrition guidance may reference the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and physical activity guidance from the U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines.
